The machine is intended for calibration of thickness of the wall of thin-walled longitudinally welded tubes with a floating mandrel.

Tube is unwound from a reel, comes through a die chamber to the drawing drum and subsequently it is wound again on another reel.Quality control is provided by measurement of tensile force with automatic machine stop if the force is outside the set technological parameters. The machine is equipped with continuous regulation of drawing speed with indicators of set speed. One operator is capable of monitoring several drawing benches.

The machine is designed for free drawing of thin-walled tubes after calibration to final dimensions.

The equipment is intended for the final inspection of lancets, where the subject of the inspection is the prescribed length of lancets and the sharpness of the point.

The equipment is solved as an automatic one, controlled by a program in the computer. The operator replaces the cartridges with lancets in the magazine and at the output from the equipment. The operator monitors individual operations and continuously the resulting quality of the work.

Roll forming and welding line for the production of thin-walled tubes

The roll bending and welding line is used for mass production of welded thin-walled tubes by roll bending of calibrated stainless steel tape and further welding without filler.

After the process of welding the tube is wound onto a reel. The reel is then used in further operations.

Our technology enables to produce tubes in lengths of approx. 1000 m without interruption or defects while observing all required parameters.

It is a powerful machine used mainly in the production of tubes for hypodermic needles.
