<p>The equipment is intended for the final inspection of lancets, where the subject of the inspection is the prescribed length of lancets and the sharpness of the point.</p>
<p>The equipment is solved as an automatic one, controlled by a program in the computer. The operator replaces the cartridges with lancets in the magazine and at the output from the equipment. The operator monitors	individual	operations	and continuously the resulting quality of the work.</p>

<p>The equipment serves for siliconing of points of lancets and cannulas.</p>
<p>The equipment for siliconing has a unique jet system for siliconing and blasting. The lancets (cannulae) are loaded into a mass magazine (approx. 50 000 pcs), from where they are picked by a picking wheel. They are led through a system of jets for siliconing and blasting, a drying jet and are collected into a magazine with a capacity of approx. 10 000 pcs.</p>
<p>After the process of siliconing, it is necessary to carry out another technological operation &#8211; hardening (branching) of the silicone coating.</p>
<p>Considering the fact, that the applied silicone layer is ultra thin, it is not possible to measure it. The area of silicon- ing can be seen when the lancets are in a bundle. The siliconing effect can be measured only by measuring the pricking force. In our portfolio, we also have an equipment for measuring the pricking force.</p>
